
At Neurodiverse Mediation, our mission is a specialized mediation process designed to help individuals with neurodiversity, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, or dyslexia, resolve disputes in a fair and effective manner.

Nicole was in a neurodiverse marriage for many years and has worked with families with neurodivergent children. She understands the battle with IEP's and the need for specialized parenting plans to help prioritize what is best for the children. Nicole also understands the needs of families long-term when neurodivergence is present in the family system.
Nicole has been a psychotherapist since 2004. Her specialization is in working with neurodivergent clients. Her education background includes an
Undergraduate degree in Business,
a Double Master’s degree in Psychology and Alternate Dispute Resolution
and a Juris Doctorate degree.
Nicole obtained extensive ADR training at the Pepperdine Straus
