Initial Consultation
15-30 minute case consultation
Individual Coaching
One-on-one support for neurodivergent individuals or partners in a neurodiverse relationship. Sessions focus on whatever you need most—parenting challenges, relationship support, communication skills, divorce considerations, emotional regulation, or navigating ND traits in daily life.
Couples Coaching
Support for couples navigating neurodivergent communication styles, relationship stress, or recurring conflict. Together we work on understanding each other’s needs, improving communication, strengthening connection, and building practical strategies that help your relationship function more smoothly.
Discernment Sessions
A structured, compassionate process for couples who feel uncertain about the future of their relationship. We clarify what’s working, what’s not, and what each partner wants moving forward—so you can make a thoughtful decision about repairing the relationship or separating with care and clarity.
Process takes 1-5 sessions.
General Mediation Session Hourly Rate
Designed specifically for parties where ADHD, ASD, AuDHD, or sensory/communication differences shape how conflict is experienced and expressed. Most sessions run 75–90 minutes and focus on helping both partners reach resolution on a disputed matter or relational issue.

- Executive-function scaffolding
- Processing-speed accommodations
- Sensory-aware pacing
- Support for emotional regulation and repair
Divorce Mediation (No Parenting Plan) Package
Starts at $5,000
This option is for couples who need support with separation, communication, conflict resolution, or practical decision-making, but do not need a parenting plan.

- Mediation sessions tailored to ASD/ADHD communication styles
- Support for emotional regulation and slowed pacing
- Conflict de-escalation
- Decision-making guidance
- Memorandum of Understanding (if needed)

Parenting Plan Only Package
For families who only need a parenting plan
What this includes:
- Development of a detailed parenting-time schedule
- Decision-making authority (educational, medical, therapeutic, and day-to-day)
- Sensory, behavioral, and developmental accommodations
- Communication guidelines tailored for ND families
- Transition planning that reduces overwhelm for children
- School coordination and healthcare considerations
- Trauma-informed conflict-reduction strategies
- Final written parenting plan

High-Conflict or Complex Needs Parenting Plan and/or Mediation Cases Hourly
Families experiencing high conflict, significant communication barriers, or more extensive special-needs considerations may require additional time.
Total typical range: 16-26 hours (depends upon family)
Divorce Mediation and Parenting Plan
This is the most complete support option and includes both mediation sessions and the development of a detailed, Neurodivergent-informed parenting plan.
