For parenting only: Discuss the children’s routines, sensory needs, school/therapy involvement, communication strengths/challenges, and family structure.
Deep dive into:
Create weekday/weekend schedules, holidays, vacations, transportation, and protocols.
Off session - Full agreement or Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) and parenting plan.
Confirm understanding, edit as needed. Finalize the written agreements/plan, prepare next-steps instructions for court filings.
